theresno.fish is a payment technology demonstration operated by Alzymologist Oy, a Finnish limited company (“we,” “us,” “our”).
What this site is
A demonstration of the Kalatori crypto payment gateway. No physical, digital, or virtual products are sold, delivered, or offered for sale.
What happens when you “buy” something
A real cryptocurrency transaction is processed on a public blockchain. Tokens are transferred from your wallet to a merchant wallet controlled by Alzymologist Oy. This transaction is irreversible at the blockchain level.
Refunds
We offer full refunds within 30 days to the originating wallet address or a wallet address you specify. Refunds are processed manually within 3–7 business days. Cryptocurrency value fluctuations between purchase and refund are your responsibility.
No warranties
This service is provided “as is” for demonstration purposes. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any transaction is limited to the cryptocurrency amount actually received.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
Sanctions compliance
This service may not be available in jurisdictions subject to EU, US, or Finnish sanctions. By using this site, you confirm you are not located in or acting on behalf of a sanctioned jurisdiction.
